Back to One

Noah is in the car on his way to his grandparents' house for three days. I miss him already and he's been gone about 10 minutes!

But I am also excited to spend a few days soaking up the little boy vibrating in a bouncy seat at my feet. The last two-and-a-half weeks have been awesome in the "life is an adventure" way, but the next three days will be a temporary return to life with one infant.

I plan to spend them sitting in the rocker with Aaron, counting his toes again, singing to him, sleeping, taking him for a doctor's check-up, sleeping, nursing, working on his baby book (this blog included), and generally relishing my second son.

A little less juggling...


And a little more snuggling...


Though by Thursday, I'll be desperate for this face...
