Comcast?
Believe it or not, yes. We were happy Comcast customers until September, when I was lured away by AT&T's promises of easy money. At this point, I'm too fed up with AT&T and its partner, DISH, to recount my epic battle to establish TV/DVR/internet/phone service for less than $112/month (our Comcast rate). It involved at least 20hours on the phone (with some really bad muzak), three days of waiting at home, a very tense evening with Noah and the DISH installer, oft-interrupted Internet access, vigilant bill monitoring plus follow-up calls, and repeated requests for the promised rebates. When--after 2 months of service--they accidentally de-bundled our services, signed us up for a 2-year contract, "forgot" all the special promotions we were enrolled in, and acknowledged their mistake but refused to honor those promotions, I threw in the towel. We've taken the not-so-easy money and run back to Comcast. They may not be throwing money our way, but they showed up on time, charged the right amount, and it works.
