Two months after listing our extra car on Craigs List, we got a bite! The buyer--a Saab fan from a Saab family right here in Nashville--came to see it Tuesday, gave us the deposit Wednesday, and drove it away Thursday. Hallelujah! We are now--once again--a two-vehicle household (not including the myriad vehicles in our family room and garage that fit 1" to 3' passengers).It was a bittersweet day for Josh, as he had lovingly researched, bargained for, and driven his Saab for four years, but even he admits that the minivan is an unbridled success and his CTS was too cool to sell.
Noah even gave his stamp of approval to the deal, flirting with the buyer and waving the car away. "Bye-bye Car."
